How accurate is the instant estimate?
The arithmetic is exact: a fixed pricing engine converts your dimensions into square metres, adds a 10% waste allowance and rounds up to whole 5 m² rolls. What can move is the specification — if a wall turns out to need a moisture barrier or a different substrate, our team flags it when they confirm your quote within 24 hours.
What are your wallpapers actually made of?
Our standard is a 150gsm PVC-free non-woven substrate with a low-sheen matte finish that resists glare and wipes clean. Textured fabric is a 210gsm woven polyester-cotton blend; the outdoor and high-humidity range uses a laminated vinyl rated for bathrooms, kitchens and covered terraces.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Printing takes 3–5 working days from artwork approval. Delivery is 2–4 days across the EU and UK and is included on every full order. Samples ship separately within 48 hours. Installation, where booked, is scheduled once your rolls have landed.
How do I know the scale will look right?
Before anything goes to print, our design team sends a digital proof showing exactly how the motif scales and crops on your measurements, with door and window cut-outs marked. Nothing is printed until you approve that proof, and revisions are free.
